1. Raw materials feeding by excavator

Raw materials are fed via excavator from the feeding hopper of the trommel scrubber, there is strong water pressure of pipe equipped in the large hopper

2. Washing and classifying of the raw materials

The raw materials will be washed and classified by the rotation of trommel scrubber, there is water pipe at one side of the trommel drum or inside.

The gold dust will become slurry state and flows to the sluice box. Larger gravels will come to the end of the trommel, and can be sent away by belt conveyor.

3. Collection of rough gold dust

The gold dust is heavier than soil and sands due to the greater specific gravity, which will stay on the PVC mat in the sluice box, while lighter materials will flow away.

When the above goes for a certain time, the rough gold dust can be collected in the PVC mat. Thus the process is finished.
