A portable trommel screening plant includes feeding hopper, belt conveyor for feeding, mobile trommel, and belt conveyors for conveying separated materials.

It is good for materials such as sand, crushed stones, bricks and any construction material, loam, mined material such as coal, or recyclable materials, timber, wood chips etc. Due to its mobility and easy installation, it is a hot selling plant with low investment.

The portable trommel has mobile wheels, including support wheels at bottom thereof for movement of the trommel. A trommel is rotatably mounted on the rollers and has a large hopper for feeding. The trommel is driven by motor, speed reducer and chains, if the working site is short of electricity, the plant can be equipped with diesel generator for power supply. 

The portable trommel works with a hopper and an input conveyor, for supplying material to be screened to the input end of the trommel.

The feeding conveyor need be separately installed. An output or fines conveyor, for collecting material passing through the trommel screen, is installed separately, too.

It also can be mounted below the trommel. A stockpiling conveyor is mounted on the chassis and has a lower end adapted to receive screened material from the fines conveyor and an upper end for discharging screened material to form a stockpile.

The stockpiling conveyor can be in two parts, which can be folded into a retracted position for storage and transportation, and further can be mounted for rotation about a vertical axis to enable anarcuate storage pile to be formed.

The trommel from deya machinery can be made in several sections, each section with different mesh size, for example first section 5 mm, to separated materials 0-5mm, second section 12mm, to separated materials 5 to 12mm, goes on like this. Screen mesh can be supplied by manganese steel wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, perforated steel plate in various shapes, polyurethane mesh, etc.
