- Make stable operation and strengthen the sense of responsibility. In the normal production process, operator need abide by the rules, regulations and operating procedures to maintain a reasonable temperature and pressure distribution. Feed and reduce raw material in time. Feeding amount synchronizes with the kiln speed. When you are forced to reduce the material because of lack of materials or other reasons, please do not reduce down the exhaust air substantially to prevent the formation of material accumulation. The operator need make regular inspection, contact and observation.
- Improve the quality of raw material and fuel. Guarantee the uniform and stable raw materials and fuel element. Adopt high quality ingredient and adjust clinker modular value to keep the liquid phase amount in 24-27%. Keep the coal power fineness to about 10% and moisture of coal power to about 1.0%. Avoid the usage of low quality coal and high sulfur coal.
