Rules For Crusher Safe Operation
1. General Provision
First of all, crusher operator need understand the structure, property and principle of the crusher and be able to use crusher, maintain crusher and process failure in the working process. Crusher operator is allowed to work formally only after passing the training exam and gaining special type of certificate.
Secondly, transportation drivers of caving face scraper and lane belt conveyor need act in close coordination and make a unified signal contact. When large blokes of coal and waste rock accumulate in the crusher feed port, please stop the running of conveyor. You also make a immediate haut operation when large blokes of coal and waste rock couldn't be fed in crusher or metal object.
2. Preparation, Inspection and Handling
Preparation:
a. Tools: wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, shovel and so on;
b. Necessary spare parts: all kinds of short chain, chain, bolts, nuts, crusher insurance pin;
c. Lubricating oil and turbine oil.
Inspection and Handling
a. All connecting pieces of motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, nose and tail must be all in readiness and tight. Reducer, hydraulic shaft joints should be no oil leakage or spills status;
b. Crusher signal must be sensitive and reliable. Booting is not allowed when no signal exits. It is necessary to guarantee the intact statue of spray water sprinkler;
c. Without being squeezed, Power cable and operating line must be linked neatly;
d. Coal, gangue and debris near the crusher nose and the dust in the motors and reducer must be cleaned;
e. The link scraping the conveyor head and transfer machine tail on the working surface must be appropriate;
f. Scraper chain plate need be moderately elastic; scraper and screws must be fully secured;
g. Reprinted machine walking car must be stable and reliable;
h. When the machine is switched on, it should be free of any abnormal sound and torsion, twist, bending deformation of its scraper, chain and connecting ring;
i. Tunnel support of crusher must be complete and fasten;
j. Ensure the safety and reliability of crusher safety protection devices.
